tweeting the Relay for Life June 15, 2009

During the preparation, the Relay, and the (wet) aftermath I was posting ‘tweets’ on twitter. These are short (140 character limit each) post on a site called twitter. I have been posting as jimindc and using this to try and publicize the STARS program and blog.  I thought I would put together a list of the posts I was able to send, as a way of recapturing the event. In the June 10th edition of The Capital our STARS Coordinator was quoted talking about using social media (web 2.0) and future successes.  The article (here) starts quoting Mrs. Coliton about 1/2 way down the page under the setion title Connect!
